Peighten Allen, left, with new IWU bowling coach Carl Knowles, right, Allen is the first to officially sign for the new IWU girls bowling team.

Marion resident and former Mississinewa High School student Peighten Allen became the first to sign to become a member of Indiana Wesleyan University’s new Women’s Bowling Team.

Allen started bowling when she was just 2 years old and is a member of the elusive Perfect Game Club, having bowled a 300 as a senior at Mississinewa in December of 2019. She is one of only nine girls to score perfect games in Indiana, as recognized by the United States High School Bowling Foundation.
