A Marion man who reportedly overdosed over the weekend is awaiting arraignment on felony charges following an incident where emergency medical personnel were injured, according to court records unsealed yesterday.

Joshua Earl Bacheson faces two Level 6 felony charges of battery against a public safety official, a Level 6 felony charge of possession of meth and a misdemeanor charge of resisting law enforcement after police say he became combative after being administered Narcan, a drug used to reverse opioid overdoses.
