When organizers began calling artists for the rebirth of the Gas City Gospel Concerts at the Park, not one passed up the opportunity.

Lester Mitchell, who manages the event, said that is a testament to the success of the series, which has gone on for nearly a decade now, and the support provided by the Gas City community and region. He said “a lot” of people come from outside Grant County to enjoy worship together.
