After Grant County reported back-to-back days of COVID-19-related deaths, officials with the Emergency Management Agency urged residents to be vigilant as case numbers remain elevated locally.

Grant County Emergency Management Agency Director Bob Jackson said one of the deaths involved a man in his 50s who was in good health before he was hospitalized with COVID-19. The man was not vaccinated, according to Jackson.
