Marion Police Department

3:02 a.m., Friday, 916 N. Baldwin Ave., traffic stop. A man was cited into court for driving while suspended.

3:18 a.m., Friday, 3714 S. Houck St., residential entry. A woman reported someone climbed through a window and stole her wallet and phone.

3:47 a.m., Friday, Ninth Street and Geneva Avenue, traffic stop. A man was arrested for possession of marijuana and resisting law enforcement.

9:53 a.m., Friday, 316 E. Sixth St., warrant service. A woman was arrested on a warrant.

9:05 p.m., Friday, 316 E. Sixth St., criminal mischief. A man reported an unknown subject kicked in his front door.

10:21 p.m., 12th Street and Western Avenue, traffic stop. A woman was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Grant County Sheriff's Department

1:57 a.m., Friday, Grant County Sheriff's Department, theft. A man reported his wife had stolen $8,000 from the safe in their residence. She had been arrested earlier that day and the money was found inside the purse she had brought to jail with her.

4:03 a.m., Friday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. Two deputies flew to Texas to pick up a man who had an active warrant for failure to appear. They returned Friday evening and the man was arrested and handed over to jail staff.

10:59 a.m., Friday, Grant County Sheriff's Department, domestic battery. A woman came to the department to report she had been battered.

11:51 a.m., Friday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A woman was arrested on two active warrants for theft and probation violation.

11:52 a.m., Friday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A man was transported from Huntington County and arrested on warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.

1:30 p.m., Friday, 122 Jerry Ave., battery/disturbance. The trailer park owner was yelling at juveniles who had been speeding through the park. A 17-year-old male told police the man was in his face yelling and the juvenile was afraid and struck the man, knocking him out. The case was forwarded to juvenile probation.

2:22 p.m., Friday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A man turned himself in and was arrested on a warrant for operating while intoxicated.

6:13 p.m., Friday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. An inmate was read a warrant for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of precursors, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a syringe.

6:16 p.m., Friday, 5140 S. E 00 W., theft. Two people were arrested on theft charges.

Amanda Jo Clark-Hale, 34, last known address 3121 S. Adams St., Marion, failure to appear. She was being held in the Grant County Jail without bond.

Daniel Lee Colburn, 41, last known address 6113 S. Jay St., Marion, neglect of a dependent, felon carrying a handgun, habitual traffic violator, operating while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, domestic battery, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, invasion of privacy. He was released from the Grant County Jail on a $1,005 bond.

Mary Linelle Harness, 35, last known address 6736 W. 1100 S-35, Gas City, violation of probation, theft. She was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $2,710 bond.

Loredel Sunshine Herman, 42, last known address 905 E. South H St., Gas City, theft. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $505 bond.

Austin Michael Nelson, 29, last known address 621 N. Wilson St., Fairmount, operating while intoxicated. He was released from the Grant County Jail on a $505 bond.

Brandon Kyle Rice, 34, last known address 23 Jade Road, Huntington, failure to appear, civil attachment. He was released from the Grant County Jail on a $2,000 bond.

Fernando Hernandez Sanchez, 33, last known address 1714 S. Meridian St., Marion, failure to appear. He was being held in the Grant County Jail without bond.

Jenny Kay Stambaugh, 33, last known address 509 E. Bradford St., Apt. 4, Marion, violation of probation. She was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $2,505 bond.
