1:38 p.m., Wednesday, Marion High School, 750 W. 26th St., battery. A juvenile battered another student.

1:46 p.m., Wednesday, Circle K, 901 E. Bradford St., theft. A person reported an employee stole merchandise and money.

2:39 p.m., Wednesday, Arby’s, 1001 N. Baldwin Ave., theft. A person reported an employee stole a customer’s debit card to pay their phone bill.

5:10 p.m., Wednesday, 1309 W. Spencer Ave., criminal mischief. A woman reported damage to her home and theft of a realtor lock box.

5:57 a.m., Wednesday, 2801 S. Stone Road Lot 147, theft. A man reported that his red and white dirt bike was stolen.

6:22 a.m., Wednesday, Ind. 9 and 975 South, Fairmount, accident leaving the scene. A woman reported a truck struck her driver’s side mirror and continued on.

9:53 a.m., Wednesday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A woman arrested on a warrant for theft.

11:12 a.m., Wednesday, Grant County Sheriff’s Department, fraud. A woman reported that someone filled out two checks in her name.

12:46 p.m., Wednesday, Fairmount Police Department, theft. A report of theft was made.

2:42 p.m., Wednesday, 176 E. Wilson Drive, disturbance. A woman reported that a man was causing a disturbance at her residence. The man was issued a criminal trespass.

7:59 p.m., Wednesday, Village Pantry, 38th St., warrant service. A man was arrested on warrants for failure to appear.

8:17 p.m., Wednesday, Village Pantry, 38th St., found property. A man was found to have property that did not belong to him.
