Midnight, Monday, Domino’s, 1701 S. Western Ave., fraud/scam. A customer passed a counterfeit $50 to a delivery driver.

4:03 a.m., Monday, 22nd Street and Branson Street, traffic stop. A woman was arrested for unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of paraphernalia. A man was arrested on a Marion City warrant.

7:26 a.m., Monday, 708 E. Grant St., domestic battery. A woman reported being battered.

9:05 a.m., Monday, Seventh Street and Gallatin Street, traffic stop. A man was arrested for invasion of privacy.

1:55 p.m., Monday, 702 S. Adams St., criminal mischief. A woman reported bullet holes in the window of her building.

2:14 p.m., Monday, 4310 S. Washington St., criminal mischief. A man reported his property being damaged and a male leaving in a green truck.

7:56 p.m., Monday, 3651 S. Prince Hall Drive, overdose. A man was unresponsive in the front seat of his wife’s car. He became responsive after being given two rounds of Narcan. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance to be treated.

1:41 p.m., Tuesday, 1114 W. Sixth St., invasion of privacy. A man reported a no contact order was violated.

3:20 p.m., Tuesday, 612 W. Coulton, fraud/scam. A woman reported someone using her social security number and opening accounts using it.

4:13 p.m., Tuesday, 1935 W. 11th St., criminal mischief. Maintenance found a kitchen faucet broken off and water flowing through the residence.

4:16 p.m., Tuesday, 521 E. River Blvd., missing juvenile. A 13-year-old ran away for the second time this week.

5:55 p.m., Tuesday, 1419 S. Washington St., theft. A man reported his trailer stolen from his yard.

Grant County Sheriff’s Department

4:14 a.m., Monday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. Marion County dropped off a man at the Grant County Jail and he was arrested for probation violation.

9 a.m., Monday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A man was transported from the courthouse and arrested on a warrant for fraud on a financial institution, identity deception and theft.

10:06 a.m., Monday, 220 S. Third St., sex offender check. Contact was made with a convicted sex offender and the man was not in possession of an identification card. The case was forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for review.

10:32 a.m., Monday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. An inmate was arrested on a warrant for theft.

11:11 a.m., Monday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A man was transported from probation to the Grant County Jail where he was arrested on a warrant for a re-entry court violation.

11:24 a.m., Monday, 601 N. Wilson St., Fairmount, fraud/scam. A woman reported that her son took her checkbook and her debit card. She stated he is writing bad checks and taking money out of her account.

12:39 p.m., Monday, Ind. 37 and 650 South, intoxicated driver. A deputy came upon a vehicle that had slid off the road. The driver smelled of alcohol and advised he had consumed a pint of vodka before leaving his home in Westfield and was headed to court in Angola for an operating while intoxicated charge. He was arrested for operating while intoxicated and taken to MGH for clearance after testing .396 before being taken to the jail.

2:32 p.m., Monday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A man was transported from the probation lobby to the jail, where he was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

3:54 p.m., Monday, 10760 S. 100 E., theft. A man reported that all of his locks are gone from his unit at Underwood Storage.

5:05 p.m., Monday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A man turned himself in and was arrested on a warrant for invasion of privacy.

7:30 p.m., Monday, 20 S. Herbel, fraud/scam. A woman reported she had received a call about student loan forgiveness and had given the caller her social security number.

8:06 p.m., Monday, 1102 Washington St., Apt. 3, child abuse. A woman reported her daughter was struck by a belt at a friend’s house.

10:20 p.m., Monday, Ind. 18 and Miller Avenue, traffic stop. A man was stopped and the vehicle smelled of marijuana. A marijuana cigarette was located along with an unopened bag labeled “Hemper.” He was issued a citation for possession of marijuana.

3:09 a.m., Tuesday, Ninth Street and Miller Avenue, traffic stop. Deputies pursued a Ford Fusion after it failed to use a turn signal and stop at a stop sign. The vehicle was lost going north on Florence Street and was never located.

8:09 a.m., Tuesday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A man was transported from Clark County to the jail where he was arrested on a warrant.

9:11 a.m., Tuesday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. An inmate was read a warrant for pre-trial violation.

9:12 a.m., Tuesday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. An inmate was read a warrant for probation violation.

9:14 a.m., Tuesday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. An inmate was read a warrant for invasion of privacy.

12:47 p.m., Tuesday, Grant County Sheriff’s Department, fraud/scam. A man came to the Sheriff’s Department to report someone stole his identity.

1:46 p.m., Tuesday, Grant County Sheriff’s Department, warrant service. A man turned himself in and was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

2:34 p.m., Tuesday, First Street and South B Street, accident leaving the scene. The Sheriff’s Department assisted the Gas City Police Department and pulled over the suspect vehicle.

4:30 p.m., Tuesday, 2801 S. Stone Road, Lot 47, disturbance. A male juvenile reported someone tried to jump him.

8 p.m., Tuesday, 16th Street and Western Avenue, traffic stop. During a traffic stop a woman gave a false name and then took off running. She was caught and arrested on a warrant for pre-trial violation and failure to appear. She was also charged with resisting law enforcement and false informing.

9:17 p.m., Tuesday, accident leaving the scene. A woman reported someone driving through her neighbor’s yard and striking his well.
