Alice was born at home on Feb. 22, 1928, to Frank T. Veach, Sr. and Ina H. (Keister) Veach in Danville, Illinois. Alice is survived by her three sons, Timothy S. Bissell of Marion, Kelly W. Bissell of Marion and Stephen A. (Debbie Powers) Bissell and their family in Worcester, Massachusetts; several grandchildren, Kelly’s son, Timothy W.
