Marion Police Department

12:07 a.m. Friday, Fourth Street and Geneva Avenue, traffic stop. A man was arrested on warrant.

6:34 a.m. Friday, 33rd and Adams streets, overdose. A man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

12:16 p.m. Friday, 1530 W. Fourth St., vehicle theft. A man reported his gray 2004 Buick stolen.

12:30 p.m. Friday, 710 N. Lancelot Drive, burglary. A man reported his house was broke into and multiple items were taken.

4:26 p.m. Friday, 2209 S. Race St., theft. A man reported his silver Springfield 9mm handgun stolen.

9:11 p.m. Friday, 246 N. 500 E., battery. A man was arrested for domestic battery.

10:47 p.m. Friday, 933 W. Third St., invasion of privacy. A man was arrested for invasion of privacy.

Grant County Sheriff’s Department

8:45 a.m. Friday, Montgomery County Jail, warrant service. A man was picked up at the Montgomery County Jail and arrested on a Grant County warrant for impersonation of a public servant. He was transported to the Grant County Jail.

11:56 a.m. Friday, 802 E. Wabash St., Converse, juvenile problem. Reports of a 13-year-old male causing a problem and refusing to go to school.

5:51 p.m. Friday, 3600 E. 650 N., Marion, scam report. A man reported that a male claiming to be a Microsoft Service Tech called advising the man scan a copy of a check for $200. The two then made contact via web cam. The man then contacted the bank to stop payment on the check.

7:57 p.m. Friday, 320 E. First, St., Fowlerton, suspicious activity. A woman reported that her locks on her residence had been changed after being away for a couple days. Family advised they did not change the locks. The woman reported nothing was missing from the home.

9:30 p.m. Friday, Idyl Wyld, 4013 S. Meridian St., Marion, battery. A 16-year-old male and an 18-year-old male got into a fight over their younger brothers who had been in a verbal argument over a karaoke microphone earlier in the day. Both subjects were checked out at MGH before being arrested for battery.

Nicholas George Bruner, 35, last known address 710 Lancelot Drive, Marion, contempt, possession of meth. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $605 bond.

Chandell Arion Davis, 27, last known address 922 E. 29th St., Marion, no operator’s license, possession of Schedule I-IV controlled substance (excludes marijuana, hashish, salvia or synthetic cannabinoid), possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish or salvia, domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $1,210 bond.

Michael Xavier Elm, 27, last known address 509 E. Bradford St., Marion, reentry court. He was being held in the Grant County Jail without bond.

Austin Mitchell Maxey, 23, last known address 2801 Stone Road, Lot 311, Marion, fugitive from justice. He was being held in the Grant County Jail without bond.

William Allen McKinney, 50, last known address 129 Samuel St., Dayton, Ohio, impersonation of a public servant, falsely representing as law enforcement officer or agent/employee of Department of Revenue and collected property. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $605 bond.

Devon Lee Nicodemus, 25, last known address 603 W. Third St., Marion, drug court violation. He was being held in the Grant County Jail without bond.

Cotey J. Terry, 33, last known address 111 E. N. B St., Gas City, welfare fraud, more than $750 less than $50,000, welfare fraud, at least $50,000. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $605 bond.
