10:03 a.m., Saturday, Seventh Street and Boots Street, warrant service. A man was arrested on a Grant County warrant.

10:55 a.m., Saturday, 106 N. E St., theft. A woman reported that an unknown subject broke the driver’s side window on her vehicle and stole some items.

2:10 p.m., Saturday, Marion General Hospital, 441 N. Wabash Ave., domestic battery. A man was arrested on a domestic battery charge.

4:58 p.m., Saturday, 14th Street and Western Avenue, traffic stop/narcotics. A man was cited into court for possession of paraphernalia. A woman was cited into court for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

5:04 p.m., Saturday, 711 N. Lancelot Drive, theft/residential entry. A woman reported that her ex-boyfriend entered her residence without her permission and stole her cell phone.

6:06 p.m., Saturday, 3316 S. Nebraska St., motor vehicle theft. A man reported that a young black male pulled him out of his vehicle and drove off with it.

9:12 p.m., Saturday, 38th Street and Western Avenue, traffic stop. A man was arrested on a Grant County warrant.

9:54 p.m., Saturday, 423 S. Gallatin St., unwanted guest/criminal trespass. A man was arrested for violation of a criminal trespass.

11:05 p.m., Saturday, Walmart, 3240 S. Western Ave., battery. A man reported a male punched him in the face while he was standing in the parking lot.

10:08 a.m., Sunday, 1900 block of South Western Avenue, traffic stop. A man was arrested during a traffic stop for an expired license plate. He had outstanding warrants out of Florida with full extradition.

10:41 a.m., Sunday, 318 N. Greentree Drive, invasion of privacy. A man was arrested for invasion of privacy.

11:37 a.m., Sunday, 2924 S. Adams St., burglary. A woman reported multiple items stolen from the residence.

2:21 p.m., Sunday, 5127 Prestwick Square Drive, battery. A woman reported being battered by an unknown subject.

3:04 p.m., Sunday, 216 W. Seventh St., motor vehicle theft. A woman reported her moped was stolen sometime last night.

4:25 p.m., Sunday, Walmart, 3240 S. Western Ave., investigation. A man was arrested on multiple charges.

7:13 p.m., Sunday, 423 S. Gallatin St., unwanted guest. A man was arrested for criminal trespass.

7:33 p.m., Sunday, 411 N. Greentree Drive, vehicle theft. A man was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a syringe, possession of methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement.

9:02 p.m., Sunday, 306 N. Vickery Lane, investigation. A woman was arrested for invasion of privacy in reference to a violation of a protective order.

9:05 p.m., Sunday, 14th Street and Boots Street, traffic stop. A woman was cited for driving while suspended.

Grant County Sheriff’s Department

12:27 a.m., Saturday, 2040 N. 600 E., no-injury accident. A vehicle struck a mailbox. The driver, Hayward Evans, smelled of alcohol and tested .137. The female passenger, April Rose, said she had been driving earlier when the mailbox was struck. Rose tested .181. Evans was arrested of charges for operating while intoxicated and open alcohol container. Rose was arrested on charges of failure to stop after an accident, operating while intoxicated and open alcohol container.

8:25 a.m., Saturday, Ind. 13 and Ind. 22, warrant service. A deputy picked up a woman from Howard County who was transported to the Grant County Jail where she was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

1:28 p.m., Saturday, I-69 at 257, accident. Karen Jarman, Indianapolis, was involved in a single vehicle accident. No injuries.

2:07 p.m., Saturday, accident. A vehicle was located in a field with heavy front end damage and the airbag deployed.

2:12 p.m., Saturday, I-69 at 255, accident. A two vehicle accident occurred involving drivers Bernard Ayers and Ralph Clark. No injuries.

7:18 p.m., Saturday, 2314 N. Wabash Ave., accident. A woman reported that a vehicle had slid off the road and hit her mailbox. The driver, Ryan Stace, smelled of alcohol and tested .107. He was arrested for operating while intoxicated.

11:11 p.m., Saturday, 800 S. Pennsylvania St., traffic stop. A traffic stop was conducted in the area. The driver did not have a valid driver’s license and he was cited for driving while suspended and improper headlights. One of the passengers was found to have an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on charges of battery, neglect of a dependent and false informing. She was arrested and also charged with unlawful possession of a syringe.

1:37 a.m., Sunday, Ind. 5 and Ind. 22, accident with animal. A woman struck an animal with her vehicle.

1:33 p.m., Sunday, Grant County Sheriff’s Department, warrant service. A woman was placed under arrest on a warrant for possession of cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance.

5:39 p.m., Sunday, Indiana Wesleyan University, accident. A two vehicle accident occurred on IWU’s campus. No injuries.

6:13 p.m., Sunday, Indiana Wesleyan University, theft. A man reported that a toolbox, jack, screwdriver, light bar and cordless drill were taken from his vehicle. The case was forwarded to detectives.

6:33 p.m., Sunday, 8300 block of South 1000 West, accident. An accident occurred where Sharon Leonard was entrapped. She was later transported to Elwood hospital.

10:19 p.m., Sunday, 3116 Coats Road, accident. Driver Roger Eib backed into another vehicle.

Ryan Lee Stace, 24, last known address 618 Berkley Drive, Marion, operating while intoxicated. He was released from the Grant County Jail on a $505 bond.

Daniel Ryan Christie, 24, last known address 1417 W. North Drive, Marion, auto theft, unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement, resisting law enforcement. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $605 bond.
