Marion Police Department

1:10 a.m., Tuesday, 1701 S. Gallatin St., criminal mischief, invasion of privacy. A woman reported that a male subject kicked the passenger side door on her car, denting it.

6:09 a.m., Tuesday, 3725 S. Selby St., alarm, theft. A 37-year-old man was arrested for possession of a stolen license plate, driving while suspended prior and attempted theft.

9:32 a.m., Tuesday, 1709 S. Branson St., theft. The water department reported that an unknown subject stole the water meter from 1713 and was using it at this residence.

3:05 p.m., Tuesday, 1615 S. Jackson, burglary. A man reported that an unknown subject stole two televisions and some jewelry from his residence.

3:33 p.m., Tuesday, 635 W. First St., Apt. 2, fraud/scam. A man reported that he delivered pizza to this residence and the subject paid with two fake twenty dollar bills.

6:24 p.m., Tuesday, 1710 S. Western Ave., fraud/scam. A male subject called the store advising them that an unknown subject used his credit card without his permission. The subject purchased forty dollars worth of pizza.

7:05 p.m., Tuesday, 33rd Street and Felton Street, resisting law enforcement. A 17-year-old male was arrested for resisting law enforcement and carrying a handgun without a permit.
