Police hunting for man wanted for sexual misconduct

Grant County police are still asking for the public’s help to find a Marion man who is wanted on nine counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. 

Robert Fail, 30, has active warrants for sexual misconduct with a minor and an additional warrant for charges of fraud and theft. 

According to police Fail is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. 

Crime Stoppers of Grant County put out a call for the public’s help in May but are still looking for him. 

Fail’s sexual misconduct charges date to July 1, 2018, according to court records. Sexual misconduct with a minor is a Level 4 felony.

He is also wanted on fraud and theft charges dating from March 2, 2019, according to court records.

A warrant was issued for his arrest on May 15.

Crime Stoppers pays up to a $1,000 cash reward for information that results in the arrest or indictment of persons who commit felony crimes.
