12:48 a.m., Wednesday, 4343 S. Lincoln Blvd., investigation. A 71-year-old male was referred to adult protective services after being found intoxicated and covered in feces.

12:51 a.m., Wednesday, 1016 E. Sherman St., missing juvenile. A 15-year-old was reported as a runaway. She later returned home and was transported to the juvenile detention center.

10:02 a.m., Wednesday, Meijer, 3820 S. Western Ave., theft. A woman was arrested for theft of alcohol, invasion of privacy and false informing.

1:57 p.m., Wednesday, McClures, 2915 S. Adams St., harassment. A male with an active criminal trespass was located in the store.

9:23 p.m., Wednesday, 301 S. Branson St., invasion of privacy. A woman was contacted by someone who she has a no contact order against.

11:50 p.m., Wednesday, 1108 W. Sixth St., public intoxication. A man was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after he was found passed out on the sidewalk.

12:10 p.m., Wednesday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A man was arrested for contempt of court.

12:27 p.m., Wednesday, 3719 S. Granton Place, theft. A woman reported her license plate stolen.

12:52 p.m., Wednesday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A man turned himself in on a warrant for carrying a handgun without a permit and several other charges.

3:21 p.m., Wednesday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. A woman turned herself in on a warrant for domestic battery and intimidation.

4:52 p.m., Wednesday, 1890 N. Michael, fraud. A woman reported fraudulent charges on her bank account.

6:19 p.m., Wednesday, 3624 S. Granton Place, theft. A woman reported her wallet, ID and checks stolen.

9:40 p.m., Wednesday, 213 Western Ave., warrant service. A woman was arrested for failure to appear on a theft charge.

Maria Diane Ortega, 22, last known address 1712 W. Second St., Apt. A, Marion, intimidation, domestic battery. She was released from the Grant County Jail on a $605 bond.

Tracey Denese Riley, 44, last known address 1318 W. 10th St., Marion, invasion of privacy, false informing, theft. She was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $205 bond.
