11:42 a.m., Friday, Marion Police Department, 301 S. Branson St., fraud. A man reported unauthorized charges to his bank account.

2:57 p.m., Friday, 2027 S. Fairfield Drive, battery. A man reported battery.

6:59 p.m., Friday, 1811 S. Florence St., warrant service. A man was arrested on three warrants and charged with resisting law enforcement.

9:32 p.m., Friday, 829 E. 29th St., lost license plate. A woman reported her license plate missing.

10:44 p.m., Friday, Friendly Market, 1314 W. 10th St., traffic stop. A man was charged with unlawful possession of a syringe.

11:03 p.m., Friday, 1602 W. Fifth St., theft. A woman reported medication and bedding items stolen.

2:18 a.m., Saturday, Fourth and Nebraska streets, welfare check. A man was charged with public intoxication.

12:30 p.m., Saturday, 1614 Upton Court, criminal mischief. A woman reported harassment.

1:11 p.m., Saturday, 524 E. 32nd St., theft. A man reported multiple items stolen from his rental property.

3:06 p.m., Saturday, 700 block of South Boots Street, traffic stop. A woman was cited into Marion City Court for operating without a license.

6:24 p.m., Saturday, 16th Street and Geneva Avenue, disturbance. A woman was arrested on a warrant and charged with false informing.

9:06 p.m., Saturday, 14th and Maple streets, traffic stop. A man was arrested on a warrant for theft.

3:55 a.m., Sunday, 402 W. 27th St., shots fired, criminal mischief. An unknown subject fired several rounds into the residence.

6:27 a.m., Sunday, 321 N. Greentree Drive, harassment. A woman reported that her stepfather kept texting her even after she told him to stop.

9:56 a.m., Sunday, Hampton Inn, 1502 N. Baldwin Ave., invasion of privacy. A man was arrested for invasion of privacy.

4:26 p.m., Sunday, 1822 S. Boots St., traffic stop. A man was arrested for habitual traffic violator.

4:48 p.m., Sunday, Harbor Freight, 3711 S. Western Ave., theft. A man reported that an unknown subject stole several items from his truck's tool box while it was parked in the lot.

4:50 p.m., Sunday, Walmart, 3420 S. Western Ave., theft. A woman was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear.

5:27 p.m., Sunday, Harbor Freight, 3711 S. Western Ave., theft. A man reported that an unknown subject stole his wallet out of his vehicle parked in the lot.

9:09 p.m., Sunday, 115 S. F St., battery. A woman reported that her boyfriend pushed her up against the wall.

8:56 a.m., Friday, 67 E. Creekside Drive, domestic battery. A woman reported a man battered her. He was charged with possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman, carrying a handgun without a permit, intimidation with deadly weapon and theft of a firearm.

6:26 p.m., Friday, Grant County Jail, warrant service. An inmate was arrested on a warrant.

8:16 p.m., Friday, Ind. 9 and Ind. 26, motorist assist. A man was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a handgun without a license.

11:57 p.m., Friday, 6730 S. Meridian St., domestic disturbance. A man was charged with public intoxication, battery, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

2:26 p.m., Saturday, 5663 N. 500 E., animal bite. A man reported being bit by a dog. The owner was cited into court for harboring a non-immunized dog resulting in bodily injury.

10:41 p.m., Saturday, 787 S. 350 E., burglary. A husband and wife reported their house had been broken into, but did not notice anything missing.

12:24 a.m., Sunday, 4018 S. Lincoln Blvd., traffic stop. A man was cited into court for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, failure to provide vehicle registration, operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and was issued warnings for speeding and license plate light not working.

1:33 a.m., Sunday, 1787 W. 16th St., residential entry. A man and woman reported that someone had kicked in the door to their residence but nothing was missing.

3:52 a.m., Sunday, Home Avenue and Colonial Park Drive, traffic stop. A man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and was charged with unlawful possession of a syringe and DWS prior.

10:03 a.m., Sunday, 2473 W. 12th St., death investigation. A man reported that his uncle was not responding and possibly deceased. His uncle was deceased and nothing was out of place or suspicious.

12:00 p.m., Sunday, 2728 N. 500 W., animal bite. A woman was bitten by a man's dog, causing puncture wounds. The dog became aggressive and its owner shot it. The dog was not up to date on his shots and the owner was cited for harboring a non-immunized dog resulting in bodily injury.

12:21 p.m., Sunday, 38th and Nebraska streets, assist agency. A woman was located inside of a vehicle having a seizure. The woman was transported to MGH for evaluation.

2:43 p.m., Sunday, 712 S. Main St., Sweetser, criminal mischief to city property. It was noticed that profanity had been written in newly poured concrete.

7:52 p.m., Sunday, 5678 W. 600 N., family disturbance. A custody dispute had ensued because CPS had not given clear guidelines about a woman's children. The woman was arrested because marijuana and a substance that tested positive for heroin was located in her vehicle. One child went with the father and the other stayed with the grandparents.

8:12 p.m., Sunday, child abuse. A woman reported a father pushed his daughter. The case was referred to CPS.

10:32 p.m., Sunday, 401 S. Walnut St., theft. A woman reported that someone had stolen her temporary plates off of her vehicle.

Jessica Maria Armstrong, 36, last known address 708 S. Gallatin St., Marion, court order return. She was being held in the Grant County Jail without bond.

David Gerald Frost, 29, last known address 204 S. Third St., Van Buren, interference with reporting a crime, strangulation, domestic battery. He was released from the Grant County Jail on a $1,005 bond.

Dakota Jordan Kennedy, 19, last known address 2801 S. Stone Road, Lot 44, Marion, intimidation, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, battery resulting in injury to a pregnant woman, carrying a handgun without a license, theft of a firearm, battery. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $30,005 bond.

Matthew Ryan Baker, 28, last known address 4417 Macombe Drive, Marion, possession of a handgun without a license, possession of marijuana. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $605 bond.

Robert Henry Cotton, 42, last known address 2129 W. 10th St., Marion, public intoxication. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $205 bond.

Clarence Matthews, 63, last known address 1814 S. Florence St., Marion, failure to appear, failure to register as a sex offender, resisting law enforcement. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $10,510 bond.

Thomas Camdon Williams, 19, last known address 122 Jerry Ave., Marion, public intoxication, minor consuming alcohol, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, battery. He was being held in the Grant County Jail on a $405 bond.
