By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Grant County, Indiana, in Cause No. 27C01-2107-MF-41 wherein Crossroads Bank was Plaintiff, and Benjamin J.
Kuperus and Betty Goggins, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will
expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 3rd day of March, 2022 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at the Grant County Sheriff’s Office at 214 E. 4th St., Marion, IN 46952, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Grant County,
Lots Numbered 4, 5, 6, and 7 in Block Number 4 in First Addition to Matthews, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 2, page 103, in the Office of the Recorder of Grant County, Indiana.
