NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Trustee of Jefferson Township (Grant County), P O Box 698, Upland, Indiana 46989, for the furnishing of all necessary labor, equipment and material for one (1) class "A" pumping engine.
Bids must be filed with the Township Trustee prior to 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Trustee's office at 19 W Wright St., Upland, Indiana
Bids received after said time will be returned unopened.
Bids should be submitted on a cash basis, and any prospective bidder may propose to sell to the township upon conditional sale or mortgage contract in which event said bidder shall state in his bid the proposed interest rate and term thereof.
The Township is not subject to State and Federal taxes. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ""Bids for Fire Apparatus Equipment"
The Advisory Board reserves the right to alter or change specifications and to reject any and all bids received or to waive any informality in the bidding.
