NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Grant County, Indiana, in Cause No. 27D01-2108-MF-000048, wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and Garry L. Wert and Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 10th day of March, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. of said day, at 214 East 4th Street, Marion, IN 46952, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Grant County, Indiana:
Lots Number One (1) and Two (2) in Block Number Two (2) in the South Side Addition to the Town, now City of Marion.
and commonly known as: 940 E 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953.
Subject to all liens, encumbrances, rights of redemption, easements and restrictions of record not otherwise foreclosed and extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 27D01-2108-MF-000048 in the Superior Court of the County of Grant Indiana, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien.
Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
