Turners purchase Pro Prints Gear

Pro Prints Gear, 1424 W 35th Street in Marion was recently purchased by Steve and Kelly Turner of Marion.

Pro Prints is a multifaceted merchandising and marketing company that serves numerous business partners. They include well known businesses, colleges, schools, clubs and organizations in Indiana and beyond. We provide products to promote image whether it is the school you are attending or the business you represent. These products include apparel and a variety of promotional items. We have a full time graphic design department that can take your visions to reality in screen printed or embroidered clothing, awards, trophies or signs and banners.

The Turners believe that it is important for the manufacturing facility to remain open in Marion and continue to employ 22 people in the community. “The employees at Pro Prints make it valuable and their knowledge is a great asset,” according to Steve. Building on the solid reputation of the business, Steve says that he plans to explore avenues to grow the sales and expand the types of goods and services being offered.

Steve’s background is in manufacturing and the ready mix concrete business. Kelly will remain in her position as Development Director at Family Service Society in Marion.

Regions Bank announces new Kem Road manager

Regions is pleased to announce Trenton Cheney as branch manager for its Marion Kem Road location. In this role, Cheney will focus on managing and expanding the branch’s current customer base, cultivating new client relationships with a concentration on business development, as well as managing the branch team.

A financial industry veteran of six years, Cheney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Ferris State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University. A new resident of Marion, Cheney looks forward to becoming actively engaged in the local civic and not-for-profit community.
